Basic Work Description:
Our target market includes very wealthy, successful individuals: businessmen, executives and celebrities.
You will work in a very demanding and challenging but at the same time very rewarding environment, therefore, your interpersonal and organisational skills will be very important.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading the planning and implementation of ‘Smart Home’ projects consisting of AV, Lighting Control, IT, Telecom, Security and Whole-home Control Systems.
- Defining project scopes, milestones and deliverables
- Developing project plans, managing resources, project stages and budgets
- Performing site surveys, risk assessments and attending site meetings
- Managing client expectations and relationship throughout the life-cycle of the project
- Assigning work packages and managing a team of in-house engineers responsible for physical delivery of the project
We will provide you with the necessary training, support and tools. However, you will have to be self-motivated, hard-working, confident, honest, punctual and enthusiastic to succeed in our business.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience in project management within the following sectors:
- Audio-Visual
- Lighting Control
- Data cabling
- IT networks/systems
- Proven experience in people management, strategic planning and risk management
- Excellent knowledge of ‘Smart Home’ systems, including: AV Equipment, Lighting Control, IT, Security and Whole-home control systems
- Experience in working on construction sites
- Ability to multi-task and manage several projects at a time
- Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Driving Licence
- Impeccable manners
- Prince2 qualifications will be advantageous

Basic Work Description:

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Design, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and configuration of the following ‘Smart Home’ systems:
- Distributed AV
- Home Cinema
- Lighting Control
- Control Systems
- Structured Cabling
- Telephone Systems
- IT and Networking Equipment
- Supervising other technicians working alongside you.
You will be given an opportunity to undergo training and gain experience in the design, installation and programming of the following whole-home control systems:
- Savant
- Crestron
- AMX
- Control4
- KNX
- as well as other leading manufacturers in our market such as Lutron and Kaleidescape.
We will provide you with all the necessary training, support and tools. However, you will have to be self-motivated, hard-working, confident, honest, punctual and enthusiastic to succeed in our business.
Requirements:
- Fluent English – both written and spoken
- Min. 3 years experience in the installation of the following:
- AV equipment
- Lighting Control
- Data cabling
- IT networks/systems
- Excellent knowledge of AV products (displays, amplifiers, media players etc), Lighting Control and Whole-home control systems
- Driving Licence
- Impeccable manners
- Availability to work evenings and on weekends (only occasionally)
- CEDIA qualifications will be advantageous.
